KYUNG-HYAN (ANGIE) YOO is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at William Paterson University in the U.S. Her research interests lie in the areas of human-technology interaction, persuasive technology, recommender systems, online user-generated contents and online trust.

 

Ulrike Gretzel

ULRIKE GRETZEL is an Associate Professor of Marketing in the Institute for Innovation in Business and Social Research at the University of Wollongong, Australia. She received her Ph.D. in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria. She has held a tenured position at Texas A&M University and visiting positions at UIUC and MODUL University Vienna. Dr. Gretzel’s research focuses on information search, processing and decision-making in the context of computer-mediated communication. Her work contributes to theory in the area of human-computer interaction and provides implications for the design of persuasive information systems.

 

Markus Zanker

MARKUS ZANKER is an Associate Professor in the Department for Applied Informatics and the director of the study program Information Management at Alpen-Adria Universität Klagenfurt, Austria. He is an associate editor of the International Journal of Human-Computer Studies and Information Technology & Tourism as well as cofounder and director of ConfigWorks GmbH.
